We take requests by email. A project lead replies within one business day, Monday to Friday, to set a walk date with your site manager. The unit price proposal follows within 7 business days of the walk.

What to include in your email
With these details we can come to the walk with the right unit price lines already drafted.
- 01Building address and year built, if known
- 02Number of units and the unit mix (studio, 1BR, 2BR, 3BR)
- 03Scope: unit turns, full interiors, common areas or capital repairs
- 04How many units or areas, and whether they are vacant or occupied
- 05Target start date and any lender or board deadlines
- 06Name and email of the on-site manager for the building walk
