- Electrical and plumbing work is done by Minnesota-licensed subcontractors under their own permits and inspections.

- Conditional waivers from us, subcontractors and suppliers with each payment request; unconditional waivers at closeout.

- Hallways and units broom-clean daily, debris out of the building, keys returned and logged.

- From substantial completion of each unit or area, with replies to warranty emails within one business day.
